AUTHENTICITY

We all know that buying designer items online can be intimidating! And many of us have had that heart-dropping feeling when purchasing something on the internet and not knowing that what you get is the real deal! Worry no more! At Pretty Things Hoarder we do all the hard work for you. All of our items are guaranteed authentic. They handbags are thoroughly examined to make sure that eveyrthing we sell is 100% authentic. 

If you would like a third party Certificate of Authentication please purchase it as an additional service ($18) and we will provide it for you. It is available on the product page if you can't find it just use a search feature or email us for help! 

PAYMENTS

If you wish to pay by money order, we ask that you contact us by email and we will be happy to assist you. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

Standard US domestic ground shipping is FREE. Express & International shipping prices are determined by item size & destination, please contact us for an approximate quote

Shipping to a P.O. Box?
We do not ship orders over $1,000 to a Post Office Box. Exceptions to this may cause a delay prior to shipping. Insurance and handling charges may be assessed.
Signature Required
We ship with signature required due to the value of our items. We can ship without signature with your request in writing (with email or within order comments). By waiving the signature, the buyer accepts the responsibility of the safety and security of the item.
Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link.
Orders ship between 1-3 business days of the order date. Transit time [U.S. only] averages 1-3 days (almost all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail). International orders often take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. Sorry, at this time we do not offer expedited shipping services.

Lost or mis-delivered packages
We recommend shipping to a secure, attended location. If you package is delivered but you haven’t got it unfortunately we cannot assist in recovering your package. We recommend getting in touch with your mailman if possible, or paying a visit in person to your post office. In rare circumstances, the package will get returned to us, in which case we can issue a refund or offer redelivery.
International countries we currently ship to are: Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please contact us.

Some international orders will be charged customs fees. We are not personally involved with international customs and do not collect any fees, and therefore are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.

 

PAYMENTS & PRIVACY

We promise we will never sell or give out any information you provide us, to anyone.

All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay using PayPal.

LAYAWAY/ PAYMENT PLANS

We offer a flexible payment plan for all items over $200. Weekly, bi-weekly & monthly payment plans are available.

Please email us if you would like to set up a payment plan. Payments are paid using Paypal every two weeks or weekly, just let us know how many payments you would like to make, how often and what dates would you like to pay the invoices. First payment is your deposit, once it's made, the bag will be marked as SOLD and held for you until the final payment is made. Late payments will include $15 weekly fee. Please communicate with us if you are unable to make the payment on time. 

CANCELLATIONS of Payment Plans

If you decide to cancel your payment plan or stop making paymentsthe deposit is non-refundableTo help avoid this, please read the description and view the photos carefully, in particular noting the size of the item(s) and any possible flaw(s) to be sure that you are happy with the item that you are purchasing.

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to take returns so please read the description and view the photos carefully, in particular noting the size of the item(s) and any possible flaw(s). Also contact us if you have any additional questions about the item. 

DONATIONS-WITH-PURCHASE

A portion of the proceeds from the sales will be donated to varies charities, ministries and non-profits. At this time the donations will be made to LOFDAL International Ministries based in Cape Town, South Africa. They focus on feeding programs, orphanages, hospitals for children as well as agriculture projects.
